Welcome to ‘Who’s Competing’ …
‘Who’s Competing?’ is a Competition Law & EU Law Blog maintained by Angus MacCulloch of Lancaster University Law School created to support and inform my competition law research and teaching. Should a legal development strike me as interesting or important I’ll use this blog to explain what’s going on.
I will also use the blog to update the wider competition law community about the activities of the Competition Law Scholars Forum, an organisation which promotes competition law scholarship in which I am currently Vice-Chair, and publicise material published in CLaSF’s journal – the Competition Law Review. It will also be of use for the readers of my co-authored competition law textbook, Competition Law and Policy in the EU and UK, published by Routledge.
It’s my second academic year of blogging. This year I’m hoping to expand the blog by continuing to post whenever I note anything of interest going on in the competition law world, but I also hope to encourage other competition law academics, scholars and students who are interested in contributing to the development of competition law to contribute as guests.
If you have something to say drop me a note via email or on Twitter (@AngusMacCulloch) and we’ll sort something out. The golden rules for contributions are: less than 1,500 words. All legal and economic terms explained. Hyperlinks liberally applied. Short paras.
